Dwelling is staying with a thought long past the point it helps. Undwell is the other move: write the worry down, sort it in four flicks, and let the morning version of you deal with it.

Type it or say it. In any order, no structure. Undwell splits it into single thoughts so you are not staring at a wall of your own text at 3am.
This runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere either.
The real app screens what you write for risk before anything else happens, on your phone, and shows real crisis lines if it needs to. That is the same screen running here.
No tagging, no folders, no writing more. Every thought gets exactly one decision, and the decision takes about a second.
It has a next step. It becomes a morning task with the first move already written.
Nothing to do tonight. It comes back on a date you pick, and not before.
Not a task. It gets named and left alone. Undwell will not tell you what it means.
Already happened. There is no action inside it, so it leaves the deck.

Your list is waiting where thinking actually works. Same thoughts, daylight, and enough distance to see which ones were ever real.
Not a promise in a policy you will never read. Undwell has no account, no server and no analytics, so there is no network path for a thought to travel down. Everything is encrypted on your phone. The privacy screen inside the app shows you that number because it can.
It will never diagnose you, tell you what your thoughts mean, or pretend an app is what a hard night needs. If what you write sounds heavier than an app should hold, Undwell says so plainly and shows real people you can talk to tonight, text lines first. That stays on your phone too, and no one is notified.
